5.1 Group Formation and Membership

• GroGroups typically consist of 4-8 members

• Members are jointly and severally liable for group obligations

5.2 Financial Contributions

• Members must make agreed contributions on time
• Contributions are non-refundable except in specific circumstances
• Late payments may result in penalties or group removal
• Additional contributions may be required for maintenance or improvements
• All financial transactions are recorded and transparent to group members

5.3 Property Ownership and Management

• Property is owned through a legal structure determined by GroBnk
• Members have proportional ownership based on their contributions
• Property decisions require group consensus
• Rental income is distributed according to ownership percentages
• Property sale requires unanimous agreement unless otherwise specified

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, but your obligations to existing GroGroups will continue until properly resolved.
